why bmazed?

bmazed is a independent social platform built on real-time human connection instead of algorithmic feeds, ads, and data harvesting. We're hiring across engineering, design, trust & safety, community, content, support, and operations — and we're deliberately open to creative roles we haven't even named yet. If you can describe what you'd contribute and why it matters, we want to read it.

How we work. We're remote-first and async-friendly, with overlap windows for collaboration. We hire contractors, part-time, full-time, and volunteer contributors — whichever shape fits your life. Compensation is negotiated honestly based on the role, scope, and what you tell us in the form below.
