Keeping Your App Up to Date

We recommend keeping bmazed updated to the latest version. Each release includes the most recent security patches, new features, and performance and reliability improvements that protect your account and deliver the best possible experience.

Older versions may have reduced functionality, missing features, or known issues that have already been resolved in current releases. We encourage leaving automatic updates enabled in your browser or app store so you always have the latest version.

Accessibility & Inclusivity
  • Working toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for text contrast and sizing
  • Full keyboard navigation support
  • Screen reader compatible (ARIA labels)
  • No flashing or animation content that could trigger seizures
  • Alt text support for media content
  • Reduced motion settings respected
How bmazed Meets App Store and Regulatory Requirements

bmazed is designed from the ground up to meet the safety, privacy, and reliability standards required by both the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as the privacy laws of every region where the app is available. This page summarises the controls we operate, the guidelines they map to, and how independent reviewers can verify our claims. We treat compliance as an ongoing engineering discipline, not a checkbox exercise — every release is reviewed against the guidelines below before it ships to either store.

Apple App Store Review Guidelines

bmazed complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines covering safety (Section 1), performance (Section 2), business model and payments (Section 3), design (Section 4), and legal requirements (Section 5). User-generated content is moderated, reportable, and blockable in line with Guideline 1.2; subscription terms are disclosed before purchase under Guideline 3.1.2; and we use Sign in with Apple wherever a third-party social login is offered.

Google Play Developer Policy

bmazed complies with Google Play's Developer Program Policies on user data, restricted content, monetisation and ads (we serve none), permissions, and families. We declare every Android permission we request, never request permissions we don't use, and complete the Data Safety form to disclose exactly what we collect, why, whether it is shared, and how it is protected.

Privacy Laws

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for California residents, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) for users in Canada, and equivalent laws in the other regions where bmazed is offered. Users in every region can request access to their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of their account, and export of their content via Settings → Privacy or by emailing privacy@bmazedllc.zendesk.com.

Trust & Safety Operations

Reports submitted via the Help Center are routed to a trained trust & safety reviewer. We log every moderation action for audit, apply consistent escalation paths for severe content (threats, child safety, self-harm), and publish our enforcement approach in the Community Guidelines. Repeat or severe violations result in account termination; users have a right to appeal through the same Help Center.

Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider; bmazed never stores raw card numbers. Subscriptions purchased on iOS or Android are billed by Apple or Google according to their store policies and unlock the same bmazed account across web and mobile. All plans are cancellable at any time from Settings → Subscription with no retention dark patterns.
